Poster Sessions

The 2024 Georgia Statistics Day (GSD) will host a poster session (13:00-14:30pm) to showcase the work of students on applied or methodological statistical research. The poster session offers students opportunities to share their work, network with faculty and students from different institution, and gain experiences in scientific presentation. To contribute a poster presentation, please complete this form to submit the title and a brief abstract by 5pm, October 2, 2024. Students submitting a poster also need to register for the conference. The acceptance of a poster presentation will be notified on a rolling basis. Both graduate and undergraduate students are eligible to participate. Submissions from women and underrepresented minority students are strongly encouraged. Awards in several poster categories will be presented at the conclusion of the GSD.

The maximum allowable dimension for a selected poster is 40 x 60 inch. A poster board and push pins will be provided to each presenter for setting up the poster. Please contact Azhar Nizam and Rameshbabu Manyam if you have questions about the poster session.
